About Us
Well it’s not really about us, it’s more about you.  Or at least it should be if we’re doing our job properly. It’s about what you want from us and how you want an IT support resource to work with you. Some of our clients want to get stuck into the detailed mechanics of their IT. Others prefer to leave the bonnet down and trust us to make sure everything works and will continue to work to keep their business running as efficiently as it can for them and their customers for years to come. 

We can only deliver in full to both types of client if we absolutely understand how their individual businesses, and departments within them, use their IT - and their aspirations for the future.

Us, well, OK, here’s a little bit about us.  We’re all from big blue chip corporates.  Working for corporates is a bit like providing IT support to whole cities - from bedroom surfers through to board-room finance whizzes and the ubiquitous call centres in between.  The UK ones anyway. That’s why we’re used to giving such good and genuinely valuable support.  How can your IT support people give you what you want if they have no idea how you work or what you do, and if they can’t do all of it within a sensible budget?
