Here’s the thing.  IT isn’t complicated and it shouldn’t jump out and shout ‘BOO’.  When you’re looking at IT it just depends on your viewpoint and who’s doing the showing.

Cars for example, they’re not complicated.  Get in, start the engine, drive off, arrive.  There’s a hole for the petrol if you’re running low.  Simple.

Buying and using IT, and the support package, should be just as easy.

We really like simple.  Simple things are beautiful, there’s less to go wrong.  Simple things work.  We don’t like spending money, so when we advise you on how to spend yours, we take the time to explain why a particular option is the best for the health and success of your business.

We are IT craftsmen, our job is to make yours the smoothest IT you’ll ever run your mouse over.  What we give you is everything you’d get from your own IT support department.

If we had a fancy mission statement, which we don’t, it’d be about bringing all of the good stuff that the big corporates have within reach of SMEs. By ‘within reach’ we mean those high levels of access and performance neatly folded into an SME budget. So what are we doing just now?  We’re bending branches.
