The Challenge – The challenge with Think Print was just to get stable, they had been dealing with techies that didn’t speak English, people that didn’t respond to their calls and their IT was in a mess.
The Solution – We pretty much had to start over, migrating their applications and email to a new server environment, one noticeable improvement at thinkprint was Spam, once we implemented message labs we found that they had been receiving 1000 pieces of spam per day, messagelabs removed this before it got anywhere near their network.
